I invite you to hone in on what types of foods may be the most supportive for prevention of 'Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2'( SARS-COV2).

There are certain naturally occurring compounds that have been shown to inhibit 3- chymotrypsin-like protease (3CLpro). This is a fancy word for an enzyme integral in viral replication in SARS. By inhibiting this enzyme, viral replication is thought to be stunted.

Sinigrin, Hesperetin, Herbacetin, Rhoifolin, epigallocatechin gallate, and Quercetin are a few of these naturally occurring compounds. The following recipe encompasses a little bit of each of these.

Viral Recipe:

Blend a dressing composed on fresh squeezed grapefruit, orange and lemon juice, a generous handful of cilantro, 1 tbsp flax seed oil, apple cider vinegar, + anything else that feels nutritive in your kitchen.

Spread over an assortment of steamed or baked brassica vegetables (kale, broccoli, cauliflower), asparagus, and radish.

Enjoy alongside a cup of green tea
